Retail Expert expands performance management capabilities
with a new store-level analytical application.

Expert, Inc. has developed and implemented a new application designed
to measure, monitor, and improve the performance of cashiers. Store
Manager’s Assistant – SMA provides store managers with
automated analysis, action plans, and actionable information designed
to help coach cashiers to better performance.
Leveraging the expertise of its customers and building upon the
exceptional performance features of NaviStor, Retail Expert’s
SMA provides the store manager with a clear, concise actionable
report about a cashier’s performance. SMA is designed to help
store managers council cashiers in areas that need improvement.
SMA also trends a cashier’s performance; all cashier interviews
and training sessions are documented and archived.

SMA is a web application that users can tailor to meet their specific
